Wake up with the sun and join us for an invigorating morning of Sunrise Yoga at the farm! Feel the gentle caress of the morning breeze, listen to the symphony of chirping birds and rustling leaves, and bask in the first rays of dawn as you stretch, breathe, and rejuvenate your body and mind amidst the picturesque backdrop of our beautiful farmland.

Time: 7:00 a.m.- 8:00 a.m.
Professional Instruction: Led by Tracy Davis, a certified yoga teacher, participants of all levels will be guided through a series of poses aimed at enhancing flexibility, strength, and inner peace.
Refreshments: After the session, enjoy a yummy yogurt parfait with granola, fresh fruit, zucchini muffin, coffee, and juice. Alcoholic beverages are not included but may be purchased that morning.
Farm Sites: Stick around post-yoga to see Moolof the Calf or Eric the Wunderpig.

- Bring a Mat: Please ensure you bring a yoga mat or towel for your comfort.
- Dress Accordingly: Morning at the farm can be dewy and a tad chilly, so dress in layers and consider a light sweater.
