We roast the beef bones and cook them for 48+ hours with onions, carrots, and celery until the broth is rich and delicious.
We combine our chicken backs and chicken feet and cook them for 36+ hours with onions, carrots, and celery until the broth is rich and delicious.
Keep frozen until ready to use. Keep refrigerated once opened. Good for approximately 3 days once thawed.
