Country-style ribs are cut from blade end of the loin close to the pork shoulder. They are a lot more meaty than typical ribs. They are delicious slow cooked in the oven, slow cooker, or in the smoker.

This is a unique cut that comes from where the shoulder and the loin meet so it is a tasty combination of fatty and lean pork. It is not actually from the rib section but it does contain a bone but much more meat than the baby back or spare ribs.
